Here_s Isabella Rossini with a Naked News Bulletin. Mexican authorities have brought actress Kate del Castillo in for questioning and are asking her to testify about her personal ties to El Chapo. The 43-year old TV star helped arrange the meeting between Guzman and Sean Penn for Rolling Stone. Last week investigators released intimate text messages between del Castillo and Guzman that ultimately helped them find their man. Officials are stressing that del Castillo is considered a witness and is not being accused of any crime. Meanwhile the US Treasury Department has unveiled new rules aimed at stopping criminals from laundering money through luxury real estate. Going forward insurance companies will have to give the personal details of people using shell companies to buy high-end houses in New York and Miami - two of the country_s priciest real estate markets. The move comes in response to a New York Times report that outlined how corrupt foreign officials and crooks used luxury properties in Manhattan to hide illegal earnings. The feds say the new laws will help make the market less susceptible to fraud and money laundering. And the world_s top politicians business leaders and celebrities have landed in Davos Switzerland for the 46th annual World Economic Forum. They sure have plenty to talk about The falling price of oil is on everyone_s mind. It now sits at less than 30 dollars per barrel a stunning 75 percent drop since 2014. The official theme for this year_s summit is The Fourth Industrial Revolution. Many panels will focus on the potential benefits and dangers that advances in robotics will bring over the next few decades. Along with political figureheads stars including Bono Kevin Spacey and Leonardo DiCaprio will be on-hand. Leo will be campaigning for greater environmental protections.
