**NOTE: I would appreciate not being judged on form, posture, positions, etc., as I am VERY MUCH a beginner. This clip is really just for fun.** My morning yoga routine, all thanks to @peecee2 for the mat. I usually start with ~5 minute meditation (shortnened for vid), followed by stretching and breathing exercises, then I slowly move into base poses.
