Last Wednesday Frankie Kennedy wondered if Aaron Rodgers was maybe a TAD BIT overrated and after Sunday_s games it looks like you might be rightThe Packers lost a must-win game to the lowly Cardinals, and it looks like their season is over. Not a great look for Mr. Rodgers But I wanted to start with that CRAZY matchup in prime time.The Chargers and Steelers put on a wild show on Sunday Night Football, and a finish you_ll have to see to believe Pittsburgh and LA are two teams with Super Bowl aspirations, and after Sunday_s game we_re hoping they meet again in the playoffs The Chargers stormed back from a 23-7 halftime deficit, and late in the fourth we were all tied up at 30-apiece LA had a shot at a game-winning field goal, here_s what happened... The Steelers were offside So the Chargers moved up five yards and kicked it again Yup Pittsburgh jumped AGAIN So it was on to round 3... Third time_s the charm for the Chargers, who won it 33-30. And believe it or not the Steelers were offside on THAT kick, too The biggest upset of the week came in New York, where the struggling Giants slayed the soaring Chicago Bears There are two highlights we HAVE to show you: first is a PASS by star receiver Odell Beckham Jr. What a pass I think the Giants replacement for Eli Manning might already be on the roster Then later there was this awesome catch and run by uber-rookie Saquon Barkley The G-Men held on to beat the Bears in overtime One last NFL note for you. As we mentioned off the top, the Green Bay Packers lost in Arizona Sunday, which dashes their hopes of making the postseason. And right after the game they FIRED head coach Mike McCarthy He was axed after 13 years on the job - including a Super Bowl win in 2010. The NFL is a TOUGH businessHere_s something you don_t see anymore: a heavyweight boxing match that actually lives up to the hype That_s what we got Saturday night when Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder stepped into the ring in Los Angeles Wilder scored a couple knockouts but couldn_t keep Fury on the mat And Fury_s superior technique throughout the fight resulted in a draw. Yep, there_ll be a rematch, and we can_t wait to see itAnd it has to be one of our favorite traditions in sports: the Hershey Bears Teddy Bear Toss This weekend the AHL team set a new record with nearly 35-thousand Bears tossed. What does that look like?
