The former New York City mayor announced that he_s making a donation to his alma mater Johns Hopkins University. And not just ANY donation either, we_re talking one point eight BILLION dollars. And in case it doesn_t go without saying, yes, that is the largest donation ever made to an educational institution in the U.S. The money will be spent exclusively on low- and middle-income scholarships. We_ve gotten used to seeing unqualified people in high government positions... but Japan_s cybersecurity minister takes the cake. He_s in the news after admitting that he_s NEVER USED A COMPUTER This is the cybersecurity minister, folks In answering a question during a lower house session, 68-year-old Yoshitaka Sakurada said he_s always directed his staff and secretaries to do that kind of thing.
